Then, click the "Time Cards" from the top navigation bar. Next, locate the Time Card that hours will be allocated from and open it. Then, click the "Apprenticeships" button.

This will open a page will all Work Process Categories in your Apprenticeship Program. Click on a Work Process Category and use the scroll wheel to allocate hours towards the Work Process Category. Select as many Work Process Categories as are applicable. Please note that DSPTCH will not allow for more hours to be allocated towards the Apprenticeship Program than were logged to the Time Card.

Once all Allocations have been completed, click the "Save Allocations" button at the bottom of the screen.

By default, this will open a progress page that displays your progress in each of the Work Process Categories included in the Apprenticeship Program. No further action is required. To return to DSPTCH mobile, click the back-arrow at the top left of the screen.

  • Red: Indicates that a number of hours greater than the max allowed for a Work Process Category have been logged (likely indicates an error in hours allocation)
