Notifications: Accepting Company Invites - Mobile

To log time to a Company, access company Documents, and fill out and submit company Forms, a User must be part of a Company in DSPTCH.


Joining a Company requires an Invite. There are multiple ways to accept an Invite, including directly through the DSPTCH app. This guide outlines where Invites can be found and how to accept them.

If there is no active Invite to join your Company, please contact your manager.

Locating the Invite

Once an Invite is sent, the invited User will receive a notification based on the contact information listed in their profile.


If a Work Email Address was provided in the User's Profile, an email will be sent with a link to accept the Invite. If a Phone Number was provided in the User's Profile, an SMS Text Message will be sent with a link to accept the Invite. In the event that both a Work Email Address and Phone Number were provided, both an email and SMS text with the link to accept the Invite will be sent.

Email Invite:

The email notification will be from DSPTCH Notifications (notifications@notifications.dsptch.work). To open the Invite, click "Setup Account" (highlighted in the red box in the image below):


Mobile Invite:

To open the Invite, click the link at the end of the message (highlighted in the red box in the image below):


In-App Invite:

Alternatively, Invites can be accepted directly within the DSPTCH Mobile App. For Users with an existing DSPTCH Mobile Account, the Invite Notification will be visible on the dashboard page of the Mobile App. To open the Invite, click the "View" button (highlighted in the red box in the image below):



Accepting the Invite

Clicking the link from any of the notifications will open the Invite Page. To accept the invite, click the "Accept" button (highlighted in the red image in the box below):


After clicking "Accept," a success message reading "This invite has been accepted" will appear (please see image below for an example):

To confirm that the Invite was successfully accepted, tap the "Time" tab in the bottom right corner. Your Company’s name should appear in the top right (highlighted in the red box in the image below).
