Jobs: Job Templates

Job Templates are used to streamline the creation of multiple Jobs that share common field values. Standard information such as Site, Manager, or Job Type can be pre-filled in the template and automatically applied when generating new Jobs.

For example, if multiple Jobs take place at the Gonzaga Wind Site and have Cole Jiaras listed as the Manager, a Job Template can be created with these values to eliminate repetitive data entry across individual Jobs.
