Forms: Form Overview - Mobile
DSPTCH Forms are a first-class feature of the mobile app. Users can come access forms that their company has created and submit responses that can be viewed by their managers.
How to access forms
To access forms, hit the Forms button on the bottom right of the main menu screen.
How to start a form
After navigating to the main Forms screen, you should see all the forms available to you.
Select one to be taken to that specific forms screen.
Once at a specific forms screen, hit Start New Form to start a new submission.
You can also view and edit all of your past submissions here, as well as drafts.

Offline Forms
Forms are possible to be accessed offline, but there is an additional step required.
To access forms offline, you must first open and load the form you plan to fill out. This will essentially "download" the form to your phone, allowing you to open it and fill it out later. You do not need to fill anything out, just open it once.
If you have never opened the form before, you will not be able to open it offline.
What if I can't see the forms I need?
If you cannot see the forms you need, your profile may not be in your company. Check if you have an invite or contact your manager.
