Accepting Job Invitations & Opening a Job Card

Job Card Info Tab
When a Job Card is opened, the Info Tab will open by default. The Info Tab contains some basic Job information.
The top section titled, "General Details" includes "at-a-glance" information about the job such as the Client, Job Site, and Expected Duration.
The second section titled, "Location Details" includes the Job site with a map.
The third section titled, "Description" includes the textual description of the Job created by the Manager (if they elected to write one in).
The last section titled, "Job Crew" includes all Users who are working on the Job.

Job Card Time Tab
Approving Time Entries
To approve hours from the Time Tab on a Job Card, click the "Approve" button next to the relevant Time Entry. Then click the "You" button on the following screen that pops up.

A green success message indicates that the hours have been approved. They will now be routed to your manager for review.
Creating a New Time Entry
To manually create a new Time Entry, click the "+" Button at the bottom right of the screen. Then, fill in the necessary information such as the Time Code associated with the Time Entry. Once all fields are filled in, click the "Save" Button to create the Time Entry.
The Time Entry will be added to the list on the Time Tab.

Job Card Forms Tab
The Job Card Forms Tab provides an overview of all existing Form Assignments associated with a Job (both past, present, and overdue).
To view a completed Form Assignment, click the Eye Icon on the right side of the Form Profile.
To complete an upcoming Form Assignment, click on the Forward Arrow icon on the right side of the Form Profile.
NOTE: Upcoming Form Assignments are labeled in blue to indicate that they have not yet been completed.

Job Card Files Tab
The Job Card Files Tab includes all Documents that have been uploaded to the Job by the Job Manager.
Tap the name of a Document to view it directly within DSPTCH Mobile.
