Welcome to DSPTCH! 🎉

Your company has elected to use DSPTCH for timekeeping on your current job to assist with prevailing wage and apprenticeship compliance needs.


Our mobile app contains a user-friendly clock in/out experience that will be detailed at length in this guide.


How to Download DSPTCH Mobile and Accept your Company Invite

You can download DSPTCH Mobile for free at the links below:

Alternatively, you can find the app by searching for "DSPTCH" on your device's app store.

Once you've successfully downloaded DSPTCH, create your account by following the instructions here.


After creating your account, accept your Company invite by following the instructions here.



How to Clock In/Out and Save a Time Entry

Once your account is set up, you’re ready to begin tracking your time.


A Time Entry represents a block of hours worked on a Job (for example, 9:00am to 12:00pm on Monday). You’ll clock in at the start of your shift, clock out and back in for any breaks, and then clock out again when your shift ends.


All time tracking is done directly from the Time tab in the DSPTCH Mobile app.

How to Edit and Delete Time Entries

If a recording error occurs on one of your Time Cards, such as clocking in late, forgetting to clock out, or recording time to the wrong Job, you can correct it by manually editing or deleting the Time Entry.


All edits can be made from the Time Cards section under the Time tab.

How to Approve your Time Entries for Manager Review

Before any payments can be processed, your Time Entries must be reviewed and approved by your Manager.


To confirm that your hours are correct and ready for review, you’ll need to approve your own Time Entries for the active Pay Period. This step signals to your Manager that your Time Cards are complete and ready for their review.


All approvals and edits can be managed from the Time Cards section under the Time tab. From this same section, you’ll also be able to see whether your Manager has approved or declined your submitted Time Entries.
