Viewing Existing Form Templates & Creating New Form Templates
By default, your Company on DSPTCH comes pre-loaded with many useful form templates.
If needed, DSPTCH also includes a custom form builder with advanced logic capabilities, so you can create any form template to fit your specific needs.
To learn how to view existing Form Templates and how to create new Form Templates, read our documentation here.
Creating Form Assignments Tied to a Job
Once you’ve found a default Form Template that fits your needs (or created a custom one) you can start creating Form Assignments on a Job where a technician is required to complete the Form, either once or on a recurring schedule.
To learn how to create Form Assignments on a Job, read our documentation here.
How Technicians Can Complete Form Assignments
Once a Form Assignment is made, the Technician will be able to view and complete the Form Assignment from DSPTCH Mobile.
To learn how this process works, read our documentation here.
How You Can View Completed Form Responses
Once a Technician completes a Form Assignment, their Form Response will be visible in the Form Inbox page.
To learn how to view Form Responses from the Forms Inbox (and the level of detail DSPTCH provides), read our documentation here.
How To Send Reminders for Incomplete Form Assignments
In the event that a Technician fails to complete a Form Assignment by the appropriate due date, DSPTCH offers a way to manually send them a reminder notification.
To learn how to send Form Assignment reminders, read our documentation here.
How to Create Certifications
DSPTCH allows Technicians to upload and manage their Certifications directly from on Profile, creating a centralized, passport-style record of their qualifications. Each Certification can include an uploaded document (such as a photo or PDF), along with key details like the issuing company, issue date, and expiration date.
Certifications can be created from both the DSPTCH Web or Mobile App.
Creating Certifications on DSPTCH Mobile
Technicians can take ownership of their Certifications by uploading them to their DSPTCH Mobile account.
To learn how this process works, read our documentation here.
Creating Certifications on DSPTCH Web
While Technicians typically upload their own Certifications through the Mobile App, Managers can also create Certifications on the Web App for record-keeping purposes.
To learn how to create a Certification from DSPTCH Web, read our documentation here.
How to View Existing Certifications
Once Certifications have been created, you can view which Technicians in your Company actively hold a Certification.
